Baja-Lots is owned and run by an American accountant and real estate businessman. Nowhere in the Baja will you find a company operated as efficiently or as organized as Baja-Lots. We take great pride in offering “American Efficiency in Baja”. This is what makes us unique anywhere in the Baja.
American efficiency in Mexico is rare
There are some English speaking real estate agents in the Baja, some of them American. But, I haven’t found even one agent, American or otherwise, who practiced American efficiency. Not one. They all do the lay back version of business. The work ethic is missing. It’s pervasive, it’s ubiquitous, and it’s unfortunate but true. See Mexican Culture.
Baja-Lots is the only business in Loreto or La Paz that practices American efficiency in Mexico at all times. We are alert. We take proactive steps to stay on schedule and to avoid wasted opportunities to have things go the way they are supposed to go. We formally track and update information in an organized systematic secure way. We are punctual and we make all of our appointments. We do what we say we will do and we do it when we are supposed to do it. More importantly, we doggedly stay on the people who we rely upon to make their committments as well. Our clients can contact us at any time by phone, by email or by fax, day or night. We return all of our phone calls promptly. We answer all questions completely, we return all emails right away, we read all of our faxes immediately, and we volunteer the information that is necessary for the client’s complete awareness of the progress of their project. American efficiency is absolutely a rarity in Mexico, and that is why Baja-Lots will always stay well ahead of the curve.
We know how to work the system and with the culture
We work only with Mexicans that have proven themselves to be reliable. We know how to get things done with the agencies and with professionals. We know which offices to work with and we have dependable contacts and relationships with key people. It takes time to get to this point and we are effective at what we do. Top
